Japanese Soft Cake

Japanese Soft Cake - Japanese Soft Cake is a delicious cake recipe which is not very sweet.
 And can be applied to various cake recipes!

Ingredient of Japanese Soft Cake

1. 150 grams Salted butter
2. 1 Tbsp. Ovalet
3. 80 grams Sugar
4. 6 Eggs
5. 100 grams Cake flour
6. 1 Tsp. Baking powder
7. 2 Tsp. Vanilla powder
8. 6 White eggs
9. 20 grams Sugar
10. 1 Tsp. Cream of Tartar

How to Cook Japanese Soft Cake

1. Heat oven to 175 degrees C.
2. Beat the butter and Ovalet.
3. Add sugar.
4. Beat mixture until combined. Then put egg yolks.
5. Gradually sifted dried ingredient (baking powder, vanilla extract, cake flour) 

Mix until well combined.
6. Beat meringue (beat white egg until smooth as foam)
7. Gradually add sugar, cream of tartar until smooth as foam.
8. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
9. Pour the mixture into the mold.
10. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
